Michael D. Zinn has over twenty years experience in executive search consulting. He founded the firm in 1988 with the objective of offering a more client-driven, "hands-on", personalized service approach towards executive search.

Prior to forming Michael D. Zinn & Associates, Inc., Michael was a Vice President of Richards Consultants, Ltd. in New York from 1981 through 1988. The firm was the tenth largest executive search firm at the time. While with Richards Consultants, Michael conducted senior level executive searches in virtually every industry and functional area. Previously, he was with Korn/Ferry International and Halbrecht & Company.

Michael received a Masters of Business Administration degree from St. John's University in 1977 and a Bachelor's degree from Ithaca College in 1975.
